Where Is Karen?

The Fourth Wednesday of every month from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Suppers for Stable Blood Sugar Wednesday Lunch meeting of The Suppers Programs in Princeton, NJ.

Join Karen as she facilitates this lunch meeting along with Dor Mullen. From 11:30 to 12:30 the group prepares a delicious, nutritious and low carb lunch that begins with whole foods (often directly from the garden!). At 12:30 we sit down at the table to eat, meet, share, support and learn in our journey towards more vibrant health. All you need to join is a desire for a healthier life through diet and lifestyle change. Cost is only that of your groceries, about $10. Princeton, NJ.

EVERY First Tuesday of the Month, 6 – 8 p.m., Suppers for Diabetes Success Dinner Meeting of The Suppers Programs in Princeton, NJ.
Join Karen as she facilitates this low carb dinner preparation and meal enjoyment along with Dor Mullen. This meeting is ideal for anyone with diabetes (type 1 and type 2) and pre-diabetes who wants to learn to prepare delicious and nutritious foods without grains, sugars or starches. These meals will stabilize our blood sugar and help us explore how to do more with food and less with drugs and medicine to improve our health. From 6 to 7 p.m. we all partake in the food preparation. At 7 p.m. we sit down to enjoy our meal, eat, meet, share, support and learn. All you need to join is a desire for a healthier life through diet and lifestyle change. Cost is only that of your groceries, about $15. Princeton, NJ.
