Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Chill for 30 minutes

Ingredients

2 large avocados, pitted

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa

10-20 drops stevia

1/4 cup coconut or almond milk

1 tsp. vanilla

1 tsp. instant coffee or espresso powder

Directions

Pulse all ingredients in a food processor.

Chill for 30 minutes.

Notes

The coffee flavor really makes a difference so don't leave it out.
